A Research Of State-owned Ordnance Enterprise To Fulfill Social Responsibility Countermeasure

Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology and economy,corporate social responsibility is an important component of the overall strength of enterprises.Corporate social responsibility has become an important impetus enterprise long-term and sustainable development.At the same time,due to the development of human society,the excessive use of resources,excessive development on the environment,the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility is imperative.State owned enterprises are the backbone of China's economic development,the level of social responsibility of state-owned enterprises in China represents the overall level of corporate social responsibility.Chinese state-owned ordnance enterprise is a special existence in our country.It mainly serves the Chinese army and national defense.So this kind of state-owned ordnance enterprise not only has generally the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises,but also has special social responsibility-defense responsibility.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature to study the concept of social responsibility and function we studies.Furthermore,this paper expounds the significance of these kind of state-owned enterprises to fulfill social responsibility,summarizes the status quo of these kind of state-owned enterprises to fulfill social responsibility in our country,the problems and reasons by the date from questionnaire method,puts forward the perfect our country these kind of state-owned enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility of countermeasures.In addition,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems in the implementation of social responsibility of the Jinxi industrial group of corporation by the case analysis method,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures.This paper tries to provide reference for the development of China's military class of state-owned corporate social responsibility supervision.At the same time,under the new situation of the military and national defense reform,this paper try to provide a reference for the government regulating the state-owned corporate social responsibility and play a positive role in construction of harmonious society and rich and strong army.
