The Study On The Evaluation Of Development Potential And Development Countermeasures Of The Yellow River Golden Triangle Region In Shanxi Shanxi Henan Province

With the deepening of national western development and the rise of central China strategy implementation.The city entered the stage of rapid development of economy in the central and western.Most of provinces closely around the "efficient,orderly,healthy,unity,cooperation," such as the development of strategic objectives.In2009,the three cities provinces jointly called for the establishment of Shanxi-Shaanxi-Henan Yellow River Golden Triangle cooperation area in the National People's congress and the Chinese People's Political Consulative Conference.In 2014 the State Council formally approved the establishment of the cooperation zone.As China's only one cross-regional cooperation zone.It has a very superior resource,political and geographical advantage.Therefore,how to make full use of its development advantages,mining the potential of urban development to enhance the overall strength of the region has a very important role.In this paper,from the perspective of geography research,under the principle of rational,scientific and sustainable development.This paper analyzes the urban development potential of the Golden Triangle of the Yellow River in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Henan through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.The results are as follows:1.From a time perspective,(1)the overall level of urban development potential of regional prefecture-level cities is on the rise from 2011 to 2015.But the development process is still unstable phenomenon,in 2012 the overall development potential of the city showed a upward trend.County-level city development potential as a whole showed a downward trend,economic development is more obvious decline.(2)Urban development is not balanced.Weinan city development potential was weak,but to enhance faster.Affected by the economic level,Linfen city development potential as a whole showed a downward trend from2013.The other two cities are relatively stable.The overall development potential of the downward trend in Huozhou City and Hejin City.2.From a spatial perspective,(1)There are differences in the spatial distribution of various factors that constrain urban development potential.There is spatial inconsistency between the comprehensive development potential of the prefecture-level cities and the factors.The comprehensive development potential of county-level cities is consistent with the spatial distribution of economic development.(2)Regional spatial differentiation level is obvious,prefecture-level cities concentrated in the high potential area,county-level city concentrated low potential area.3.By comparing with with other surrounding cities,the Yellow River Golden Triangle city development potential is medium level.The Yellow River Golden Triangle city is lower than the provincial capital development potential,but higher than the surrounding other cities.4.Through the analysis of various factors restricting urban development,for the area putting forward some Suggestions and countermeasures.:do a good job in regional planning,nurturing the development of "deputy center" city;Actively cultivate the characteristics of industry,enhance the level of economic development;...
