Research On Prediction And Control Of The Construction Site Management Cost In Yunnan EPC Project

This paper based on the EPC project of Yunnan, mainly discusses the prediction and control of the construction site management cost in Yunnan EPC project. In order to solve the shortcomings of the construction site management cost controlling in Yunnan EPC project, the paper puts forward four "one" overall solution ideas, namely "cultivating a professional expense management team", "accumulating a set of historical data", "compiling a set of countermeasures plan "and" developing a processing system ", introducing the fine management mode, playing a role with key control together.Based on the idea of "accumulating a set of historical data", the management cost forecasting model is established by using the quantitative analysis method. ARIMA (2,1,0) was chosen as the optimal model to make up the deficiency of the forecast analysis work for the construction site management cost in Yunnan EPC project. The model is as simple as the formula, which improves the level of forecasting analysis. The difference analysis and forecast adjustment of the model are carried out, and the applicability in practical application is analyzed and discussed accordingly.Based on the idea of "cultivating a professional expense management team", this paper discusses from improving the cost management system combined with right, responsibility and benefit. The macro-strategy is given in some aspects, such as changing the management thought, cultivating the whole consciousness, optimizing the organizational structure of the management cost, strengthening the soft technology of policy decision and paying attention to the infeasibility research.Based on the idea of "compiling a set of countermeasures plan ", this paper discusses from the angle of the fine management, scientific and reasonable arrangements for expenditure. It optimizes the management cost control process design and gives detailed management of office expenses, travel expenses, business hospitality expenses, conference fees and other controllable expenses. It also gives the meticulous management countermeasure.Based on the idea of "developing a processing system ", this paper discusses from strengthening the information technology of the construction site management cost. It can make up and improve the phenomenon of management out of touch and information disconnected so that the construction site management cost control process is more normalized.
