Research On Project Construction Cost Control Of H Company

With the rapid development of society,the degree of automation and intelligence of production line has been improved significantly.In the automotive,electronic and nuclear industries,the popularization of automation will greatly increase labor productivity,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and achieve triple control of safety,quality and cost.Therefore,the automatic production line in the contemporary and future production will become increasingly important.Firstly,this paper analyzes the series of researches at home and abroad,and then takes H Company as an example to analyze deeply and enumerates the related theories of cost control.Then a specific project of the company is selected to study the incentive and constraint mechanism,target management control,warehouse resource management control,human resources management and management process,and find out the shortcomings.At last,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures to the above problems: firstly,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction process of the project through the combination of theory and reality.The second is to perfect and optimize the corresponding cost management model and get a new model.The third is to compare the old and new models to find out the differences between each other.In the course of the research,taking the effective integration of theory and practice as the direction,taking the cost control as the goal and breakthrough,this paper analyzes the present operating situation of H Company,and then realizes the optimization and upgrading of the cost control mode of the Division.It is expected that it can be used as a reference template for the project cost control of domestic automation projects.
