With the maturity and development of Web2.0, Internet based social networks service get more and more high attention and use. The enterprise social networking platform gets various types of registered users , more and more enterprises have begun applied social network to enterprise daily work and management, the way of the work and communication have became diverse and efficient. Therefore, no matter from a personal point of view or from the perspective of enterprise, social network plays an important role. At present, studies have proved that the enterprise social network use not only enable enterprises to develop more stable, but also can improve employee performance and organizational performance to enhance the enterprise value and comprehensive competitive ability. In order to confirm the results of such studies, and explore how the enterprise social network is used to influence the organization performance through what mechanism, through reading a lot of literature, Construct the conceptual model of enterprise social networks using employee social capital and organizational performance, aims to explore the social network enterprises, employee social capital, and the correlation mechanism between organizational performance. And through the questionnaire survey form the Internet, manufacturing, construction,real estate and other different industries, different positions of staff research. Finally find out the enterprise social network use is the impact mechanism on organizational performance: social network enterprises can directly affect organizational performance, enterprise social networks can affect organizational performance through the mediating role of social capital. Through theoretical and empirical research, this paper finally draws two conclusions: 1) the enterprise social network use can directly affect organizational performance; 2) social network enterprises can affect organizational performance through the employee social capital . This paper reviews The mechanism of corporate social network use, employee social capital and organizational performance, enrich the relevant theoretical research, and improve enterprise organizational performance in a way.
