The Heterogeneous Enterprise Social Capital's Influence On Enterprise Performance

At present,our country is in economic transition period,has not establish the perfect social credit system and effective social norms,legal system,economic system is quite weak,such as the social capital becomes an important means to acquire scarce resources,the enterprise scarce resources configuration through the social network has become a mainstream way.In the accelerating transitional period of China should fully recognize the importance of cultivating modern social capital,and to strengthen the study of social capital theory helps to understand the transition period in China is facing a crisis of confidence,for the smooth transition of the economy and sustainable development to provide the support of theory and practice;To establish a compatible,healthy and orderly,harmonious social each other,form the effective social management system also has a certain guiding significance.This paper aims to study the influence mechanism and impact strength of social capital on business performance under the background of Chinese transformation and upgrading,according that,put forward policy suggestions to guide enterprises to develop.First of all,review and summarize the concept and classification of enterprise social capital,combined with actual situation of our country's economic transformation period,firstly,divided the enterprise social capital into type system social capital and market-oriented social capital,makes the study object and level more clear;Secondly,combined with relevant literature and data availability,design reasonable effective index,measure corporate social capital stock objectively,by building the model and estimating,studying the influence size and mechanism on enterprise performance of social capital;Lastly,put forward policy recommendations,guide enterprises how to accumulate and take advantage of social capital in production management,improve the enterprise performance.In this paper,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Define the enterprise social capital,heterogeneity of enterprise social capital was presented in this paper,which includes the type system and market-oriented enterprise social capital,make research levels more clear,converted the enterprise social capital to easily measuring indicators.(2)The ways of enterprise social capital affects enterprise performance are:Lower transaction costs,play a role of supervision,increase information channels,promote technological innovation and optimize the allocation of resources.(3)In the transition economy,type system social capital and the enterprise market power are related,but negatively related to the management efficiency;Market-oriented social capital and the management efficiency are related,while has no relation with market power;(4)In the high degree of transition economy,market-oriented social capital can promote the enterprise market power,while the type system social capital decrease the market power;Market-oriented social capital can promote the enterprise management efficient,while the type system social capital decrease the management efficient.(5)Type system social capital helps the market power,while hurts the management efficient.Therefore,when enterprise uses the type system social capital should be pay attention to "draw on the advantages and avoid the disadvantages".Market-oriented social capital promote the management efficient,while useless to market power,therefore,the enterprise will be rational forecast if its formation,and do not produce dislocation expectations,otherwise not only help to promote the efficiency of management,will also hurt the market healthy development of the social capital itself.
