Research On Express Distribution Center Layout Based On Joint Distribution

In recent years, China's express delivery industry developed rapidly. In 2015, the courier business volume has reached 20 billion 670 million,ranking first in the world. However, the traditional courier companies do their own business, so it is difficult to adapt to the growing demand of the express business, the high cost of logistics, "sort violence" and "explosion of warehouse", the last mile distribution difficult issues continue to highlight.Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the service quality, reduce the logistics cost and reduce the environmental pollution.Through the present status survey of a district in the express market,analyzes the express business volume, business model, the express industry difficult situation, according to the actual situation of the joint distribution of pilot project proposals. Based on the analysis of joint distribution center planning of P, Q, R, S, T five elements, design of the regional layout, determine the size of the region, according to the layout of the feasible ways to explore the logistics and non-logistics relation, we propose a joint distribution center layout as an express plan. Finally, the optimal layout scheme is selected by weighting factor evaluation method. Based on the simulation results, the AutoMod simulation model is set up for the automatic sorting system .This research has certain reference value for the distribution planning of express joint distribution center.
