Research On The Layout Of City Express Nodes Based On Joint Distribution

Express is vanguard of modern logistics,accelerator of e-commerce and the other modern economy development,the third profit resource of enterprise,and its development is receiving unprecedented attention.But problem of express such as land shortage,insufficient infrastructure construction,traffic congestion,environmental pollution are becoming increasingly grim.All of these not only restricts the development of express enterprises,but also hinders the sustainable development of cities.By reviewing existing research literature,visiting express companies,from the perspective of government regulation and social benefits,the paper analyzes current situation of express enterprises,then puts forward the idea of express resources integration.Based on these,the paper takes city express as research object,joint distribution as major research contents,city express nodes layout as research foothold to research the general development model and the final realization form of express resources integration.In this paper,the research on the layout of city express nodes with joint distribution mainly includes the following contents:(1)The paper reviews literature at home and abroad,and describes the concept and connotation of city express,express nodes and joint distribution,then the paper systematically analyzes the theory about layout of express nodes,laying a solid foundation of the theory and method for the research.(2)Combined with the status quo,the paper puts forward five models of joint distribution for the city express delivery.Then using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process,the paper sets up evaluation model to comparative the five models.The results showed that “City Joint Distribution”model has more advantages.(3)Based on the city joint distribution model,the paper focus on the layout of express nodes in order to promote the implementation of city express joint distribution in the physical space.The paper holds that express joint distribution needs to establish specialized logistics parks and service nodes under the leadership of the government.And city express nodes layout should fully consider the factors such as market,transportation,policy and economic.(4)Finally,the paper takes Dalian as a typical case to make a practical research,and illustrates application of the theory in practice.Based on the analysis of the development of express and the construction of express nodes,the paper makes clear the joint distribution development mode of Dalian.Then the paper provides some planning strategies for the overall planning layout of express nodes in Dalian for references.
