Logistics in under the background of "Internet +","intelligent" arises at the historic moment,in the process of transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics,must solve distribution services,"the last kilometer" problem,this paper design the self-help intelligent package charge for service system is the effective solution to the problem.At first,this paper studies the existing intelligent package box system,analysis of its mechanical structure and equipment of the defects in the software system,and then based on this new optimization scheme design,scheme and adopted innovative stand-up human-computer interaction of annular stacker stereoscopic warehouse storage package,not only better mechanical structure but also greatly improve the degree of automation,the scheme also implements the intelligent package box system is not yet implemented user self-service function,perfect the system function.The following this paper introduces the main research content of the paper:First,this paper designs the intelligent terminal equipment package charge for service system of the mechanical structure,each part and the key structure of the computer 3 d simulation.The stand-up human-computer interaction way to resolve the existing multi-port device fault,security and automation degree is not high enough,and the annular stacker simple and compact mechanical structure is a highlight papers.Second,developed for the use of Courier and user terminal management system,the system implements a Courier,users take and send a user interaction function,gives the user process and operating method of existing intelligent package box system has not been implemented.Third,for a brief small stacker PLC control system design,this paper studies the PLC control system,compared with the existing intelligent package box of higher degree of automation and control system are more safe and reliable,the control part introduces the programming implementation of PLC control of the stacker and configuration king simulation of control system.All in all,this paper implements the system from hardware to software to control the overall scheme design,the design process is logical and innovative,research significance,and hope that this article studies the ideas and methods for the standardization of logistics distribution and programming development provides new ideas.
