This thesis researchhow to manage simulation training system effectively to Ensure project schedule andmeet the design objectives.According to the actual situation, the paper analyze the development needs ofDatang（Chifeng）Renewable Power Co., Limited of the simulation training systemsystematically, and determine the key technology according to all the requirements,and study and solve all questions probably appeared. In order to allocate time,personnel, capital, technology and other important resources effectively, control theoverall progress, avoid the confusion, low efficiency, personnel communicationdisorders and other practical difficulties which may occur in the process of project,according to the needs and matters needing attention of the whole project, it carrieson the science of work breakdown structures, which called WBS, and with whichdetermine the division of the various tasks according to the different types of projectdevelopment, and implement the functions, responsible for personnel and theirrespective responsibility assignment matrix table mapping system development project.In order to ensure the project can proceed as scheduled, we use the ProjectEvaluation and Review Technique（PERT） to manage and control the whole projecttime limit for a project. In the process of project,we should be ready to resist thechange of needs, personnel, technology and capital to avoid affecting the whole time.Combined with the actual construction of the project, improve and perfect thesecurity work of the project, grasp the factors carefully, analyze the safeguards fromthree aspects, that is the personnel training and introduction, capital controls andsound system, in order to ensure the project schedule management smoothly.The objective of the project management is to assist the managers to completethe project efficiently by the scientific method, the effective combination of resourcesand the orderly connect of all stages.
