Study On Quantitative Risk Analysis Of Jiuyang Household Appliance Project

Along with the unceasing change of the development of economic,the situation of the market and the buying preferences of consumer,gradually electrical household appliances manufacturing enterprises in China transformed into relying on the advantage of quality and marketing and management from the original rely on production advantage.With the increasing competition in the market,household appliances manufacturing enterprises began to form their own core competitiveness by relying on leading or breakthrough of technology,and the research and development is the key link.Electrical household appliances manufacture enterprises are featured of the short research cycle for product project,changes quickly of consumer demand and high technical requirements,etc,making electrical household appliances product often faced the risk of costs,progress,management,environment and market in the process of research and development,the risk will give household appliances manufacturing enterprises a direct impact of the project,may result in increasing the cost of R&D project,progress lagging even failure,etc.The development of electrical household appliances manufacturing enterprises need to rely on the decision,adjustment and use of strategy.Therefore,it is particularly important for household appliances manufacturing enterprises to concern and attach great importance to the risk management of research and development project.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis and research about the problems of the quantitative research and risk management of the development project and puts forward the specific model project risk quantification combining with the specific characteristics of the research and development project of household appliance,and tests and verificates the model of the research and development of the specific case of the jiuyang household appliance.Firstly,the article reviews the related theory and research status of project risk management.Then,the paper analysis the problems of the Risk management project of the electrical household appliances manufacturing enterprise,and draws lessons from foreign experience so that puts forward the model of Process Risk Overall Evaluation which is called PROE in short,meanwhile verifys the validity of the model which is based on a case study of the actual research and development project of jiuyang group.Finally,some related suggestions about the risk management of household appliance research and development project are proposed by the aspects of the prevention,transfer and avoidance of risk.This article built the risk analysis of quantitative evaluation model for the work of project risk management has important theoretical and practical significance,help to better guide electrical appliances manufacture enterprise in the practical application of risk management theory.
