With the steady progress of China's "The Belt and Road Initiative",Cooperations between China and other countries in the world are strengthened constantly, As China's main destination of investment , the cooperation between China and South-east Asian nations is strengthened constantly in the aspects of Economy, politics and culture too, therefore during the process of foreign investment,it is more important for us to get the whole picture of asean's investment risk. This article analyzes the investment risk factors by researching the political risk,economic risk and cultural differences, an investment risk factors analyzing system containing two layer is set up , in this system, the political risk and the economic risk are the external factor, the cultural difference is a potential factor. The cultural difference is proposed as a potential factor in investment risk research firstly. In this system, the most important factor for investment risk is economic risk, the political risk factor is the second one, bilateral relationship factor is the most direct influence on the investment risk. Cultural difference influences the investment behavior by influencing sense of culture identity in the host country. In the index measuring political risk and economic risk, the military interventions and the GDP per capita are the most important factors. Finally,this article Propose four suggestions to avoid investment risk, the first one is enhancing the Risk awareness and the capacity of risk identification and avoidance, the second is a comprehensive understanding of investor in political, economic and cultural environment, the third is promoting the cultural blend and the finally is building system investment risk evaluation system to strengthen risk identification ability.
