Research On The Impact Of Collective Horizontal Concurrence On Enterprise Supply Chain Agility

In order to cope with the unpredictable,continuous and fast changing competitive environment,supply chain agility has become an important issue in the research of enterprise strategy.However,the existing literature is based on only pure cooperation or competition relationship between enterprises in supply chain background theory research on supply chain agility,which not only ignores the impact of supply chain relationship,while ignoring the influence of industrial organization environment.In China's industrial clusters upgrading process,clusters showed a collective transverse state of coincidence reaction speed of the enterprise market,but the objective existence of the phenomenon of social economy,industrial cluster theory existing in theory is difficult to explain,we need another way from a new perspective to explore and research.At the same time,the supply chain competition will affect the supply chain agility? What is the impact path? What factors strengthen or weaken this effect? The existing literature is still lack of discussion.This paper uses social network,knowledge base,dynamic capability and organizational learning theory,discusses the influence mechanism of transverse collective competing supply chain agility,construction and puts forward the research hypothesis conceptual model,using qualitative research methods in depth interview and content analysis,combined with the SEM(structural equation model)to carry out an empirical study.The study found: collective transverse concurrence can directly or indirectly have positive impact on the enterprise supply chain agility,embedded in social network performance promoting collective enterprise horizontal competition and cooperation to form a strong network relationship and to further enhance the company's supply chain agility;collective contest can enhance horizontal organizational learning has a positive impact on the company supply indirect chain agility.The micro social contract can strengthen the relationship between the horizontal horizontal competition and the network embeddedness,and this effect is also between the horizontal competition and organizational learning.For specific performance,stronger relationship between at high level and micro social contract enterprise collective transverse concurrence and network embeddedness in low level micro social contract of the enterprise;the relationship between collective horizontal competition and cooperation high level micro social contract of enterprise and organizational learning ability is stronger than the low level of micro social contractenterprises.Therefore,according to the conclusion of the study shows that the implementation of the collective transverse Coopetition strategy to help enterprises to improve supply chain agility,at the same time,the managers should pay attention to the construction and maintenance of the social network,the training of organizational learning ability and the formulation of the micro social contract standards.The innovation of this paper lies in the need of theory development,test the relationship between supply chain and supply chain competition agility in the empirical research,in the perspective of innovative industrial clusters from the background is discussed,for the existing theories of the lack of empirical,but also further enrich and extend the theoretical framework of supply chain agility.
