Through the analysis of the existing research results of psychological contract at home and abroad,this paper starts from the relationship psychological contract to study the relationship between the psychological contract and the organizational performance of middle and senior managers under the multi-network embedding.Correct understanding of senior management,to understand their psychological contract status and efforts to promote high-level managers and enterprises to conclude a psychological contract has become particularly important.This paper studies the relationship between psychological contract and organizational performance of managers under the method of literature,investigation and statistical analysis.This paper discusses the impact of social network on psychological contract and the influence of psychological contract on organizational performance from the perspective of middle and senior management's understanding of embedded social network.In this paper,306 questionnaires were collected using network embedded questionnaire,psychological contract questionnaire and organizational performance questionnaire.The questionnaires were prepared on the basis of a mature scale at home and abroad.The questionnaire consisted of 47 questions.SPSS17.0 was used to analyze and collect the collected data.The results of this study are as follows: Through the empirical analysis,the correlation analysis of the relationship between the psychological contract and the organizational performance in the multi-network background of the structural network,the relationship network,the cognitive network and the three networks is analyzed by empirical analysis.Affect the effect.There is a significant positive correlation between the psychological contract and the organizational performance of the senior management in the background of different networks.The regression analysis shows that the relationship between the psychological contract has a significant positive effect on the organizational performance,in which the relationship between the cognitive network background The effect of psychological contract on organizational performance is slightly lower,and the relationship between psychological contract has great influence on organizational performance in multi-network context.Therefore,theorganization should actively build a good social network,so that senior management in the context of multi-network to establish a good relationship between the psychological contract,so as to promote the healthy development of organizational performance.In addition,through the comparison of psychological contract between different managers,it is found that there are differences in the psychological contract between men and women in the background of multi-network,which is mainly reflected in the promotion and career opportunities of men in promotion and career development The female employees in the survey were about 45 years of age,and the focus on the family above;in the context of the relationship between the network,different age groups of senior management relationship between the psychological differences,25 Employees over the age of 35 emphasis on promotion and development opportunities,training and learning opportunities,35 years of age employees pay more attention to full trust,respect,good working atmosphere,25-35 years of age between the senior management life pressure,better The relationship between the pay performance and welfare,etc.;in the context of cognitive network,there are differences in the relationship between the psychological qualifications of managers with different qualifications,the higher the academic qualifications,the higher the psychological contract score,because the higher education Employees,the higher the level of education,and have more knowledge and skills in the enterprise more To the attention,the stronger their development needs,the stronger the perception of the surrounding environment,the more hope to achieve their own value,but also hope to work in a harmonious and friendly environment,the organization of the staff to provide the benefits and so on Of the transaction responsibility has not only represents the return of the material,it is more reflected in their own pay is recognized,whether they are respected by the enterprise.With the advancement of China's institutional reform and the perfection of the market economy,the economic income has become a manifestation of individual social status,ability and achievement to a certain extent.The income level not only determines the individual's life experience,but also becomes the embodiment of personal value.
