Human resource is the first resource of the enterprise, it is the important factor for the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage. Performance management is the core content of human resource management, effective performance management system is a key means to enhance employee quality and achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise,plays a decisive role in realizing the sustainable development of enterprises. With the advent of global economic integration, the world's enterprises are facing increasingly fierce domestic and international market competition. In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and the ability to adapt, many companies began to establish a performance management system, and how to establish an effective performance management system to ensure the continuous operation, and constantly improve the performance management of the enterprise, is the important subject for every enterprise to explore practice.Tally company after several years of practice, starting from the source of revenue tally on-site department, do a lot of work on tally department performance appraisal,though that the performance appraisal will implement the strategic objectives of the company and improving the level of performance management play a role, but did not achieve the desired effect.According to tally company tally department performance appraisal implementation, by himself in the performance appraisal work in practice, many problems found outside the company existing in the tally department performance appraisal and management system etc.. For example: the performance management system is not complete performance evaluation of management, lack of scientific performance indicators, lack of performance communication and feedback mechanism and human resources management is weak and other issues,which will affect the enthusiasm of the staff of the Department, and improve the effect of performance and strategic objectives of the company,restricting the competitiveness of enterprises upgrade.So in order to improve the processing company site performance management level, the first to do the adjustment and optimization of organizational structure, job analysis job description, reasonable design of Posts capacity, then selected the goal of enterprise performance appraisal index system, the use of performance management theory and method of science,the establishment of a complete performance management system, including the scene: performance planning, performance implementation, performance evaluation, the application of appraisal results and performance feedback and communication, the formation of the PDCA cycle, to continue to improve the performance of the company. Provide the safeguard measures for the effective implementation of the performance management system, proposed the establishment and performance of complementary enterprise performance culture,transformation of the implementation of performance management should pay attention to the results to pay attention to the process, as well as the construction of performance management information system security measures. Through the above research, this paper gives a suitable solution to the problem of the performance management of the company.
