| With the establishment of Tianjin FTZ, Tianjin who has become the core area of the FTA has more potential development spaces. As the senior tally company who cultivated Tianjin port market, Tianjin ocean shipping tally Company is ushering in good chances. But after the decentralization of the tallying approval right, the monopoly position of Tianjin Ocean Shipping Tally company is losing and the external market competition is intensifying.Although many scholars have studied the strategy for the development of service industry, but not for the port service corporation like Tianjin ocean shipping tally Co., Ltd. Even if there is some studies on these fields, the description is vague and can not be good reference for enterprise development strategy. Therefore,based on the angle of Tianjin ocean shipping tally Co., Ltd., the dissertation take company as the research object. And the dissertation elaborated the development strategy of port service oriented enterprises in the face of the opportunities and risks from technical innovation.In this paper, I expound the meaning of enterprise strategic theory and technological innovation firstly. Through the analysis of the company’s main business, organizational structure, management system, Enterprise staff structure, market conditions and so on, I analysis the company’s SWOT condition; through analyzing the trend of tally industry, I summarize the internal problems and reasons; through the analysis of technical innovation measures like tally information management system, PDA hand tally system and ocean shipping tally information service platform, I study the innovation module of our company; through the analysis of the outcomes of technological innovation methods, I summary the experiences and forecast the future of the tally. I am looking forward to providing reference for the development of our company through this dissertation and giving our manager some practical application value. |
