In recent years,the global economy tends to integration,for China's large retail enterprises,this is both an opportunity and a challenge.Market competition is more and more intense,consumer demand is changing,this uncertainty is both a risk and an opportunity.Large-scale retail enterprises can only survive quickly by adapting to a new competitive environment,and the need to quickly and well adapt to the external environment requires the need for effective internal coordination.Therefore,it is imperative for modern enterprises to develop effective internal control system.Risk,grasp the opportunities brought about by uncertainty,and enhance the ability to create value.Based on the understanding of the theory of internal control theory,taking Beijing Wangfujing department store as an example,combining with the operating characteristics of Wangfujing department store,this paper analyzes the internal control demand of the enterprise,analyzes the internal control environment of Wangfujing department store,Design,through the combination of theory and practice,for the enterprise management to provide practical internal control system to help enterprises continue to achieve long-term development.But also hope for China's large-scale retail enterprises to build,implement and evaluate the practice of internal control system to provide ideas and reference.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the background and significance of the topic,the literature review,the research method,and explores the innovation of this paper,draws the framework of this article.The second chapter is related to the concept and theoretical basis,reviewed the classification of retail formats and the characteristics of large-scale retail enterprises and financial management,in-depth analysis of the internal control theory,the significance of internal control,elements of China's large retail Internal control of the status quo were analyzed.The third chapter takes Beijing Wangfujing department store as the research object,based on the COSO five elements,combined with the characteristics of Wangfujing department store itself,the enterprise internal control environment,risk identification,control activities,information and communication and supervision of internal control needs analysis,Control the implementation of the situation and clear operational risks,for the key aspects of the process of internal control process design,including retail enterprises in the two core areas: monetary funds and commodity circulation.The fourth chapter is based on the above analysis,the Beijing Wangfujing Department Store Group internal control improvements made a few suggestions,and analysis of the shortcomings of the paper.
