With the development of market economy in our country, buyer’s market formedgradually. Under the support of national policy, retail enterprises has also got greatprogress, and previewed the situation of leading industry. At the same time, as alabor-intensive industry, retail companies also provide a lot of employmentopportunities. But due to various reasons, currently large-scale retail enterprise’employees job satisfaction is not high, turnover intention is relatively strong, staffturnover is more frequent, this has brought great losses to the enterprise. So a study onjob satisfaction and turnover intention of large department store retail enterprises’employees has important practical significance to improve the company management.In this paper, the400employees of4Large department store retail enterprises inTianjin, Beijing, Shenzhen and Huludao City are the research object. Through thestudy of relevant theories and research model of job satisfaction and turnoverintention, present the theoretical research model, and study the relationship betweenthem. On the basis of a questionnaire survey, using the method of factor analysismethod to inspect the main factors of job satisfaction and turnover intention of largedepartment store retail enterprises’ employees; using the method of descriptivestatistical analysis to inspect the status quo of job satisfaction and turnover intentionof large department store retail enterprises’ employees; using the method ofindependent sample T-test and single factor analysis of variance to inspect whetherjob satisfaction and turnover intention of Large department store retail enterprises’employees vary because of gender, age, education, length of service; using the methodof correlation analysis, regression analysis to inspect the relationship between jobsatisfaction and turnover intention of large department store retail enterprises’employees. In this study, we mainly use social science statistical software SPSS17.0.The main conclusions:(1) Large-scale retail enterprise employees’ job satisfactionis low, turnover intention is relatively strong;(2) Gender and age have a greatinfluence on job satisfaction and turnover intention of large department store retailenterprises’ employees, education and length of service do not have.(3) Jobsatisfaction and turnover intention of Large department store retail enterprises’employees are the overall related.According to the research conclusion, the study proposed the followingmanagement recommendations:(1) Establish a fair and reasonable compensationsystem;(2) Establish an objective and effective performance appraisal system;(3) Provide more space for personal development;(4) Combined with the actual situationto manage the employees with implementation of different.
