Study On Safety Production Of Farmer Raise Pig In Nanxiong City

With the continuous development of society,the quality of the pork market safety problem more and more,not only affect the health of consumers,but also hindered the development of China's pork production.Secondly,with the continuous development of pig breeding,pig farming income has become an important economic source of many households,when this pig breeding more exquisite technology and benefit,pig breeding farmers can guarantee the safety of the production of their own pigs,directly affect the ultimate benefit of pig farming.Therefore,the safe production of pig is becoming more and more important.Nanxiong as a mountain county in northern Guangdong,with the development in recent years,the farm pig breeding industry is growing,directly driven the local economy,but also due to many reasons,the behavior of farmers unsafe production,to some extent,the development of local farmers pig breeding industry.In view of this,through the study of the various production behavior of pig farmers in rural areas during the breeding process,find out the reasons affecting the safe production of pigs,to solve the problem of pork safety quality,improve the economic benefit of pig farming.In the process of research,this paper adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire,field method and so on.Investigation and study on five representative towns in Nanxiong county,nearly 200 farmers were visited,according to the age,education level,breeding scale and farming life of farmers,the data were collected,and questionnaire on the farmers in the process of pig feeding,the use of feed,veterinary use,environmental sanitation,disease control,etc.Through research,the problems such as lag of safety production consciousness,insufficient experience of pig breeding management,relatively backward technology of pig breeding and lack of supervision of live pig breeding were found,and for the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems,such as increasing the support of farmers' hog breeding,strengthening the experience of farmers' live pig breeding,and strengthening the supervision and management of the farmers' hog breeding.
