Research On EPC Project Procurement Supplier Management Under Supply Chain Environment

In recent years,with the increasingly fierce market competition in the field of engineering construction,the continuous deepening of the integration of the industry,the relevant enterprises are facing more complex internal and external environment.EPC model with its design,procurement,construction integration of advanced concepts,by the market is widely welcomed,has become the strength of the construction contracting enterprises to enhance competitive strength,an important way to the plight of customer service industry.At the same time,the effective use of the supply chain theory in the traditional manufacturing industry has aroused great concern in the field of engineering,the concept of the project supply chain came into being.Under this background,taking EPC project as the starting point,the supply chain theory as a guide,combining the two and seek business fit general contractor to conduct supplier management system and strategy demand,it has great theoretical and practical significance.Based on this,this article through the literature retrieval,expert consultation,enterprise survey,systematic research in supplier management in supply chain under the background of the EPC project from the theoretical analysis and empirical research on the two layer,including:(1)Synthesis of the existing literature and academic research results,the supply chain theory,EPC model for the theoretical overview and analysis.According to the theory of supply chain,supply chain briefly based in the historical development of concept,clarify the basic connotation of engineering project supply chain,and through comparative analysis,the main characteristics of supplier management mode,supply chain based on the theory of interpretation;based on EPC mode,analysis of the basic concept and operation process,and focus on the implementation of the main the characteristics of supplier management of general contracting enterprise under this mode.(2)From the theoretical level,the supplier management system based on the demand of the EPC project is constructed.First of all,to sort out the security factors of the implementation of the supplier management process,and make a brief introduction to the various links of the supplier management process.On this basis,the supplier classification management and supplier evaluation and selection of two key links are analyzed in detail.According to the supplier classification management,from two aspects of the ABC classification method and four points method to proceed,the paper introduces the implementation process of classification management,and the classification results were analyzed;the supplier selection and evaluation,based on the evaluation process is given,from five aspects of product quality,enterprise quality,price level,customer service,security the ability to cooperate to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of EPC project general contractor.(3)Based on the above theoretical research,from the typical enterprise EPC project and carry out the actual situation,makes an empirical study on the supplier management,mainly includes two aspects: one is the use of the construction of the index system,empirical analysis of the process of supplier selection,details the construction details of implementation evaluation team,data processing and evaluation results analysis;second,it is difficult for enterprises in the case of supplier partnership management problems,based on the combination of supply chain theory,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,the theory of supply chain combined with EPC mode,using ABC classification method,four points method and AHP method from theory and practice two aspects discusses the related problems of EPC project of supplier management,improve the management system for general contracting enterprises,enhance the management capacity to provide ideas and suggestions.
