Study On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Of Supplier In Electrical Manufacturing Industry

In the face of supply chain integration,diversification of customer demand,intense competition in the market environment,suppliers as the starting point of the supply chain,its various aspects of the strength are significant to the downstream enterprises and even survival and development of the entire supply chain.More and more companies are aware of the importance of strengthening the relationship with suppliers.Therefore,choosing what kind of suppliers and how to choose is a problem that every company should be concerned about.In this paper,this project is regarded as the research object and it is based on the electric manufacturing co.,L.It analyzes the influence of the supplier on the product quality,cost and benefit on the company.It is combined with related literature and it seeks a a scientific and reasonable evaluation method for the comprehensive strength of the supplier.It is great of help for the co.,L to improve market competitiveness and maintain sustainable management.This paper firstly discusses the current situation of the research at home and abroad from the two aspects of the composition of the index system and the evaluation model.It makes a theoretical explanation on the classification,evaluation and selection of the suppliers.On this basis,analyzing the existing problems of the co.,L to find the related factors influencing how to keep the enterprise well.We find that part of the reason is caused by the supplier.For these issues,we set a scientific and comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the supplier of the co.,L.And designing the questionnaire for the importance of the indicators.We distribute questionnaires to people who engage in heads or business workers of the industry that have large of rich experience.And then according to supply risk and profit income of the purchasing products,the suppliers will be divided into strategic,leverage,bottleneck and ordinary by using Karl Jake matrix.In order to save management effort,we need to conduct a rigorous systematic evaluation and selection for strategic suppliers.Based on the questionnaires that we recycle as raw material,the SPSS is used to do factor analysis for the data.On the basis of the validity of the questionnaire is verified,we reduce the dimension of the index,determine the reduction order hierarchy and ensure the index weight of factor analysis method.by the dimensionality of the index,and the index weight of the index is determined.In the meantime,by referring to the supplier's historical delivery record,collecting the network information,field investigation and so on,we obtain the qualitative and quantitative index value of each candidate supplier and entropy value of vindicators is acquired.Then the TOPSIS evaluation model is established,and the weights and entropy weights obtained by factor analysis are used to combine weights of the indicators.So it can make the combination of expert's opinion and objective data.It can reflect the importance of each index more scientifically and effectively.Finally,calculating the conjoint ratio of the performance of alternative suppliers and the ideal value,and sorting the advantages and disadvantages of them.As a result,we establish a partnership with suppliers for more enterprises.
