Research On Safety Management Of Power Grid Enterprise Based On Lean Theory

With the rapid development of electric power industry,the reform of electric power system and the acceleration of marketization,the importance of electric safety production is more prominent.The sustainable development of power grid enterprises needs to strengthen the safety management,which needs to innovate the ideas,means and methods of safety management.Lean management is the enterprise from extensive management to intensive management is an important way of transformation,as well as the modern advanced management concept.The implementation of lean management is the development trend of modern enterprises,is the inevitable choice of all enterprises in the future.This paper systematically analyzes the lean management theory,safety management theory and the theory of accident causation,starting from the concept of lean management,combing the lean management principles,and introduces seven kinds of tools of lean management,expounds four kinds of security management theory,four kinds of accident theory are described;secondly,to content of safety management of China's power grid enterprise and the management system structure is discussed,the main methods of safety management of power grid enterprises is discussed,and the existing problems of safety management of power grid enterprises were analyzed to determine the necessity of the implementation of lean management in safety management;then,combining the enterprise lean security management system for power grid.Rise from the seven cycle lean security management activities of the link of building a lean safety management mode,and in the seven aspects respectively by different essence Good tools are described in detail;then,take the H Power Grid Corp as an example to introduce the construction achievements of lean enterprise safety management mode of power grid,the lean security management feasibility in grid enterprises,combined with the analysis of safety accidents that measures of safety management improvement;finally,it discusses the guarantee measures of lean enterprise safety management the mode of power,to better meet the lean security management.The results of this study can provide protection of safe production in power grid enterprises,the safe and efficient power production process smoothly,reducing waste,waste control accidents,and gradually improve the overall efficiency of enterprises,promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
