This20years, our country’s deepening the process of urbanization, industrialization level also rises steadily, it also makes our country become more and more obvious in energy needs. In China, nearly most of the energy resources are stored in the northwest, but more than seventy percent of the demand mainly comes from the Middle East. The distance between them reached1-3km. Facing this situation, China’s power grid group independent construction of the uhv transmission lines, abandon the past mode of power grid development, replaced by the electric power development mode, to promote the transformation of energy and the national economy. Since uhv project, set up power grid by the money is also growing, more strict, scientific and technological level and the safety management work is at a critical position.Now, in the field of power grid project safety management, both theoretical study and scientific research activities and application of practical work, with the development of The Times requirement creep, but is not form a sound, scientific management system, high feasibility of precontrol and measures to cope with the high risk problem, has made some important engineering accident problems appear constantly. So according to the content of the safety production in China in view of the construction projects of legal norms and rules and regulations formulated by the requirements, and combined with related hazards cognitive theory, clear grasp of power grid projects of all kinds of hazards. Premise, conduct power grid wind control, and evaluation activities of the project, in order to improve safety management level, effectively avoid the serious accident lay a solid foundation. Make full use of the evaluation model with hierarchical analysis method, based on the specific situation of power grid construction, carries on the effective wind control, so as to continuously reduce the probability of safety accidents.
