| With the continuous optimization.of economic structure,the stimulating effect of consumption on economic growth has become increasingly prominent.However,only to realize the importance of consumption is not enough,excavate the residents' consumption hot spots,explore the changes in consumption structure,improve the quality of residents'consumption is the effective way to achieve the sustainable development of economy.This paper selected the consumption structure of urban residents in Erdos city of Inner Mongolia,and analyzed the present situation of consumption structure of urban residents in Erdos City,found out that the consumption level of urban residents in Erdos is obviously ahead of the national and autonomous regions.secondly,analyzed the changing trend of the consumption structure of urban residents in Ordos City,the results showed that the trend of consumption structure of urban residents in Ordos roughly the inverted "U"shape,and in 2012 as the dividing line.According to this,the empirical study on the consumption structure of urban residents in two different time points before and after 2012 was carried out.By using the Extend Linear Expenditure System(ELES)with strong operability,the paper compared the basic consumption demand,the marginal propensity to consume,the income elasticity of demand and the price elasticity of demand,Finally,it is concluded that the "U" shape change of urban residents' consumption structure in Erdos is related to the regional economic development.The slowdown of economic growth in 2012 has a certain impact on the consumption psychology and consumption behavior of urban residents from three aspects:the total amount of consumption,the consumption structure,and the marginal propensity to consume.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the consumption structure of the urban residents and the sustainable development of the economy. |
