The outsourcing of financial services,which originated in the 70s of last century,is still booming,and the subdivision of business scope is growing.The Shenzhen city,as a special economic zone and service outsourcing demonstration city,the development of financial service outsourcing industry has achieved gratifying results.However,most of the enterprises that focus on financial service outsourcing business in Shenzhen have the following characteristics:started late,small scale,weak brand,weak marketing ability,single business model and facing tremendous competition pressure,also,lack of strategic management.Therefore,under this kind of background,I think,to do the research about strategic management for financial service outsourcing enterprises and to provide enterprises more scientific reference are of great significance,for both the companies themselves and the outsourcing industry.This paper takes LQ company that has been engaging on financial outsourcing as a case for doing research on strategic management.Basing on the analysis result of LQ company's political,economic,social and technological environment,industry development status and the competitive environment,combining with the actual situation of LQ company,put forward the corresponding strategic management scheme and implementation method.First,this paper expounded the research background,purpose and significance,as well as the research ideas and methods used in this paper,and briefly introduced the research achievement at home and abroad,and previewed the theory about financial service outsourcing and enterprise strategic management.Basing on the present situation of LQ enterprise,the necessity of doing research on LQ enterprise strategic management is put forward too.Secondly,this paper used PEST analysis and SWOT matrix analysis tools to analyze the external environment and internal resources of LQ company,and got the opportunities,threats,advantages,disadvantages faced by LQ company.This paper also used the Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the competitive situation of LQ company.Basing on the above analysis results,it suggested LQ company adopt the growth strategy at company strategic management level,and service differentiation strategy at management level.Such kind of strategic management can make use of the resources and advantages of LQ company effectively,avoid its own shortcomings,weaken the external threats,grasp the current market opportunities,to achieve the sustainable development of the company.Moreover,this paper also gave some suggestions for the effective implementation of the enterprise strategyAt the end,the writer believes that the transformation and upgrading as well as innovation are the core driving power to obtain high profits for enterprises relying on onshore outsourcing,especially under the policy background of Autonomous Control of banking information technology' and '60%banking systems will have been moved to the cloud platform by year 2020'.This is also the innovation point of this paper.
