Study On The Competitiveness Of Biomedical Service Outsourcing Industry In Wuhan

Service outsourcing industry is an important part of modern service industry.Named to the national first batch of service trade development in wuhan city in 2016 pilot cities,as the only selected cities in central China,wuhan launched a pilot implementation plan ",the " trade in services innovation and development of wuhan city,committed to the development of optoelectronic,biological medicine,intelligent manufacturing industry,biological medicine services as the premise of biological medicine industry,biological medicine in promoting wuhan play a more and more important role in economic development.This paper through the analysis of global service outsourcing industry motivation,definition of biological pharmaceutical service outsourcing,and analyzes the present situation of biological pharmaceutical service outsourcing industry at home and abroad,in view of biological medicine services and other services outsourcing industry,the differences between the author by PEST analysis model,the wuhan environmental factors such as political,economic,social,technical analysis,and empirical research by SWOT analysis,factor analysis,analysis of wuhan city in the national comprehensive ranking of 16 cities service outsourcing.Through analysis it is concluded that: in the biological medicine service outsourcing industry in wuhan city competitiveness than north wide,as well as the Yangtze river delta cities such as circle,mainly because of wuhan city in the inland city,foreign trade exports and weaker in average wage level in the same city,at the same time in the biological medicine industry development in wuhan city in middle level,not form a biological medicine industry ecosystem.Finally the author puts forward some about the policy Suggestions for the development of biological medical service outsourcing industry in wuhan city,the project of college students leave han attract high-end technical talents,encourage talents innovation business,supporting the construction of service outsourcing talent training base,international exchanges and cooperation,deepen the enterprise implementation of service outsourcing industry upgrading,promoting biological medicine service outsourcing demonstration park construction.
