Research On The Construction Of Grass-roots Party Organizations In The Enterprises Of Collective Ownership In Ethnic Minority Areas

This paper takes Inner Mongolia Xianghuang Banner of Xilinguole Meng Rural Credit Cooperatives as an example,according to the theory of the basic principle of Marx doctrine and Chinese characteristics socialism as a guide,analyze the current situation and existing problems of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the enterprises of collective ownership in ethnic minority areas after the field inspections and put some suggestions and measures which have actual effect to the existing problems in the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the enterprises of collective ownership in ethnic minority areas.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,summarizes the background and importance of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the enterprises of collective ownership;the second part expound the theory of the construction of grass-roots party organization;the third part is the general situation about the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the enterprises of collective ownership;the fourth part takes Rural Credit Cooperatives in Inner Mongolia Xianghuang Banner as an example,finds out the existing problems in the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the enterprises of collective ownership in China;the fifth part puts some suggestions and measures according to the existing problems in the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the enterprises of collective ownership in ethnic minority areas.
