Research On The Development Of Collective Economy In Rural Villages In Wengniute Banner

The government work report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that the central government should formulate and implement a strategy to serve the rural economic revitalization,and clearly stated in it that "deepen the reform of the rural collective property rights system,protect farmers' property rights and strengthen the rural collective economy" Therefore,the development of collective economic construction serving the rural areas has become an important part and component of rural economic revitalization.This study takes 30 villages in Wengniute Banner as the research object,conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation of its rural collective economy,explores the reasons for its weak collective economy,and proposes ways to strengthen the collective economy,which has a strong effect on improving the strength of the rural collective economy.Realistic significance.The research in this paper mainly uses collective economic theories such as regional collective economy,rural collective social governance,and rural human capital.It uses traditional literature research methods,field research methods,and typical case analysis methods,combining existing research literature and a large number of field studies.According to the data,the collective income in rural areas is generally relatively low,the problems of collective assets and debts in rural areas are severe,the supply of basic public facilities in rural areas is insufficient,and the brain drain in Wengniute Banner's rural collective economy is in several aspects.A comprehensive survey and analysis were conducted to find out the main causes of the weak collective economy,including the shortage of talents,the weakening of organizational productivity,the insufficient supply of institutional guarantees,and the serious loss of population.Based on this analysis,through the analysis of typical economic development cases in the villages of Qiaotou Town,Wutonghua Town,and Wudan Town of Wengniute Banner,the theoretical experience and practical practices of rural collective economy under its development form are refined.Then,the basic realization methods and ways of developing rural collective economy in different forms are gradually proposed.The innovation of this research is based on a questionnaire survey of Wengniute Banner rural areas and field visits to some counties.It summarizes the experience of developing a collective economy in a typical village,and refines the options for developing a rural collective economy in different resource types.Including:the implementation of land transfer services,the establishment of collective enterprises,the development of real estate economy,the development of rural economic cooperatives and the implementation of collective unified operation of the five ways to provide reference for the development of rural collective economy in various places.
