The beibu gulf economic zone as the key of building the new China's economic growth level in our country,the country's position is similar to the pearl river delta economic zone,the Yangtze river delta economic zone,but in recent years the development of the beibu gulf regional economic scale is far not reached the strategic height of national envisioned.Investigate its reason,in addition to the guangxi beibu gulf area is located in the southwest border,the weak economic foundation,the infrastructure is not perfect and other reasons,there is another important factor is that the beibu gulf economic zone compared with the Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta,the uniform degree of Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta regional market is high;The economic integration of the legal system safeguard not as good as the guarantee of Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta.Do not have a unified market,the economic integration of the legal safeguard,each administrative divisions in the beibu gulf regional economic subject are fragmented,cannot give full play to the role of the single market,information exchange,resource sharing.This paper aims to overseas such as regional economic integration,such as the European Union's investigation and comparison of the Yangtze river delta in the process of legal protection,such as the pearl river delta area,for the beibu gulf regional economic integration put forward some own ideas on legal system safeguard system construction,in order to promote the rapid development of guangxi beibu gulf economic area,at the same time,also for our country to provide experience for the construction of regional economic integration.In this paper,by using the basic principle of economic and legal relationship,this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of regional economic integration;Using the costs and benefits of economics,methods to analyze the necessity of legal guarantees for regional integration to build;Introducing the game theory,analysis of the local legal conflict and disharmony adverse impacts on the regional economic integration,the analysis of regional economic integration will lead to various places to maximize the interests of the local;Comparison method,the paper analyzes the related to the regional economic integration practices at home and abroad,such as the legal guarantee the successful experience of the eu integration process,the effective function of demonstration research method in the legal system unification,on this basis,combining with the reality of China's regional economy and design a specific legal protection mode.This study focuses on the regional economic integration and constructing legal system guarantee that how the framework of the existing legal system in our country,strengthen legislative coordination in order to realize the regional economic integration;Without collision under the premise of the legal bottom line,design the effective,regional economic integration of the legal protection mode with Chinese characteristics,as the deepening of regional economic integration to provide a positive promoting sex,had secretly arranged to have legal protection environment.
