Spatial And Temporal Characteristics Of Urban And Rural Integration In Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

Urban and rural integration is the highest stage and ultimate goal of the development of urban and rural relations.In essence,it is the process of continuously optimizing the urban and rural elements in the combination area and increasing the degree of urban and rural integration.The unbalanced urban and rural two element structure and the prominent problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers are still the sharp contradiction of the society.We need to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas to solve them.How to understand and evaluate the development of urban and rural integration more scientifically is still a problem worth further study.This study analyzes the level of urban and rural integration in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone from two dimensions of time and space.Taking county as the research unit,this study constructs the urban and rural integration index system of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,which is divided into five subsystems,including economic,social,living,ecological and spatial,and 19 indicators.The entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each index,and the level index of the urban and rural integration in the county of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in 2008-2016 years is obtained by linear weighting,then the characteristics of the level change of the level of urban and rural integration in the counties are analyzed.Combining the entropy weight method with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the subjective and objective empowerment is used to obtain the level of urban and rural integration level in the whole region of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,and to judge the level of the development level of urban and rural integration.Based on grey prediction model,the development trend of urban and rural integration in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is predicted.Finally,according to the index of urban and rural integration level,the equilibrium degree of spatial distribution of urban and rural integration level in the whole economic zone is analyzed by using the coefficient of variation.Based on the K-means clustering algorithm,the local spatial distribution characteristics of the urban and rural integration level in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone are analyzed from five aspects of economy,society,life,ecology and space respectively.The results show that:(1)On the time dimension,the urban and rural integration index of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is rising steadily during the 2008-2016 years,and it has entered the stage of the initial integration of urban and rural areas from the initial stage of urban and rural interaction.From the features of the county,the overall index of urban and ruralintegration in the economic district and county is also a steady rising trend,which is consistent with the overall characteristics of the economic zone,and the gap between the level of the county level is widening.(2)It is predicted that by 2030,the predicted value of urban and rural integration in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone will reach 0.848,the level of urban and rural integration will be stable,and the potential of urban and rural development will be great.(3)On the spatial dimension,the overall space of the urban and rural integration level in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is uneven,and the regional overall difference is large;the spatial distribution characteristics of the level of the urban-rural integration level correspond to the planning and development pattern of the "one axis and two wings" of the economic zone.In the process of urban and rural integration in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,it is necessary to overcome problems,such as the limited industrial scale of the core cities,the unreasonable industrial structure of the county,the low level of urbanization,the poor economic ties between the urban and rural areas,the low scientific and technological level of the rural economy,the unbalanced development of the county level,the uneven distribution of the traffic network,the hardened coverage of the village road,the strengthening of the quality of information network services,the emergence of different ecological environment problems in urban and rural areas,the large gap between urban and rural public service.It is suggested to focus on the coordinated development of core cities and counties,promote the urban and rural integration mode dominated by "economy + space",strengthen the construction of urban and rural ecological civilization and the work of ecological environmental protection,accelerate the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and rationally allocate social and public resources,which can ensure the healthy and orderly development of urban and rural integration in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
