The relationship between innovation performance and competitive strategy is a hot issue.It has long been concerned by academia.In the research and precipitation of several decades,scholars' research on this problem is mainly about competition strategy type and enterprise innovation performance,the relationship started.Miles and Snow classify the competitive strategy of the enterprise,including exploratory,defensive,analytical and reactive four types,while Michael Poter divides the firm's competitive strategy into low-cost,differentiated and centralized strategies.With the deepening of research,scholars have studied the relationship between each type of strategy and enterprise performance.But as of now,the research on the relationship between strategic type and enterprise innovation performance still does not get a definite conclusion.Enterprises choose and implement a strategy,and make the strategy to produce innovative performance,and then select the strategy to be implemented,the process is a continuous cycle,scholars of this cycle of the process of understanding the main focus on the enterprise competition strategy is not able to affect the number of corporate innovation performance,how to affect the number of innovative business performance aspects of these issues still do not make a clear judgment,and scholars for the enterprise competition strategy how to affect business innovation performance,and its intermediary variables are not too More detailed and in-depth study.How can a manufacturing enterprise maintain a stable growth for a long time?The problem has become an urgent problem for enterprises.This requires the managers of enterprises through the analysis of changes in environmental factors at home and abroad,their own market position in a clear positioning,the development of appropriate competitive strategy,and the competitive strategy can be effectively implemented and controlled in the ever-changing competitive environment,grasp the development opportunities,to meet the challenges.However,there is a widespread problem in the manufacturing enterprises in our country that the redundant resources that exist in the enterprise are not being fully utilized.Redundant resources as the main source of enterprise innovation,the existence of redundant resources in the enterprise and the type of redundant resources on the type of innovation and innovation performance is also essential.This paper mainly discusses the influence of the proportion of redundant resources on innovation performance and the proportion of redundant resources in strategic type and innovation performance under different strategic types.Based on the classification of competitive strategy,this paper uses the differentiation strategy and the low cost strategy as independent variables,and uses the innovation performance as the dependent variable.According to Sharfmam,the classification of redundant resources is classified as non-precipitation redundant resources and precipitation redundancy resources,the ratio of non-precipitated redundant resources to precipitated redundant resources is expressed as the proportion of redundant resources,as a mediator variable,and the relationship between the three assumptions to build enterprise strategy,redundant resources and innovation performance between the study model.In order to test the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper,the data of the listed companies in the manufacturing industry are collected.Finally,more than 450 enterprise data are obtained by filtering,SPSS software is used for data analysis.The hypothesis test is carried out by correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,The Relationship between the Ratio of Redundant Resources and the Performance of Enterprise Innovation.The conclusion shows that:First,the competitive strategy is divided into differentiated strategy and low cost strategy.The differentiation strategy tends to be a breakthrough innovation.The low cost strategy tends to be progressive innovation,but both can be positive for the innovation performance of the manufacturing enterprises to influence.For enterprises,the adoption of differentiated strategies and low-cost strategies are conducive to the improvement of innovation performance.Often,the strategy of differentiation is often accompanied by low-cost strategy,so the innovation performance of enterprises to enhance the intensity of the larger;and only to take low-cost strategy,companies can only improve the incremental innovation and performance.Thus,for enterprises,in most cases,the impact of differentiation strategy on innovation is better than only a low-cost strategy.In the market competition,low-cost strategy is increasingly not meet the needs of market innovation,and always take low-cost strategy of the enterprise may suffer from the market out.Second,the difference strategy,low-cost strategy can have a positive impact on the redundancy ratio,but the two types of redundant resources generated there are differences.For the differentiation strategy,the enterprise to achieve product uniqueness,will have a greater investment in product development,which means that the greater the degree of differentiation,the need to invest in R&D costs,companies tend to gain market recognition,And developed a lot of new technology,product,design,marketing and other aspects of the program,and to compare each other,and ultimately the appropriate choice,which for the enterprise to bring a lot of precipitation redundancy.Thus,the differentiation strategy has a positive impact on the proportion of redundant resources.For low-cost strategy,enterprises in the realization of low-cost process,the need to continuously improve the degree of mechanization of equipment,requires employees to have a certain quality,business efficiency will increase,the liquidity of the funds have Improve,it means that low-cost enterprises in the increase of precipitation of redundant resources to achieve the mechanization of equipment at the same time,but also need to increase non-precipitation of redundant resources for employee benefits,staff training,etc.,the increase in operating efficiency also makes The increase of non-precipitation redundant resources may lead to the increase of non-precipitation redundant resources than that of precipitated redundant resources,which makes the low-cost strategy have a positive effect on the proportion of redundant resources.Thirdly,the proportion of redundant resources has some mediating effect on the relationship between competitive strategy and innovation performance,but the different types of redundancy are different under different strategies.The degree of differentiation strategy of manufacturing enterprises not only has a direct impact on the innovation performance of enterprises,but also the degree of differentiated strategy will influence the innovation performance by influencing the proportion of redundant resources.Similarly,the low-cost strategic level of manufacturing enterprises Innovation performance has a direct impact,but also through the proportion of redundant resources on the impact of innovation performance.
