| The value of enterprise performance evaluation should be mainly concentrated in two dimensions:enterprise performance level and performance volatility. Enterprise risk of the enterprise is one of the important performances of volatility. Redundant resources have an positive effect on maintaining the stability of operating performance and reducing earnings volatility, the internal control people who in the enterprise have the biggest influence on decisions, which about the enterprise resource configuration, input and output. Their personal experience and risk appetite, decision-making power will affect on the degree of cognition and make use of redundant resources, regulates the redundant resources impact on corporate earnings volatility.This paper chooses about500companies which are the listed company in Shanghai and Shenzhen as the database. The study concluded that:(1) Redundant resource stock level and the performance of listed companies is inversely related volatility. That more redundant resource is, the smaller performance volatility is.(2) The TMT average age has a negative influence on redundancy resources and performance volatility.(3) The male proportion in TMT has a forward influence on redundancy resources and performance volatility.(4) The TMT education level has a negative influence on redundancy resources and performance volatility.(5) The TMT member’s tenure has a forward influence on redundancy resources and performance volatility.(6) The executive CEO power characteristics in TMT have a forward influence on redundancy resources and performance volatility.The study conclusion shows us that, if we improving the structure on executive member’s gender, age, education level, work experience, this will help more effectively to control the use of redundant resources, also help to improve the operating performance of enterprise and reduce the management risk of the enterprise. |
