Research On The Impact Of Employees' Innovative Behavior On Enterprise Service Innovation Performance

Service innovation refers to all service-related innovations and activities,not only in the service industry itself,but also in manufacturing and other industry sectors.It is a very broad concept.Under the leadership of the service economy,not only the service industry is striving to find a way out,but the manufacturing industry is also increasingly relying on service factors to achieve product value increase and gain competitive advantage.With the development of the service industry and the manufacturing industry is increasingly being serviced,service innovation can bring more profits and greater competitive advantages to enterprises.It is a powerful driving force for the development of service industry and manufacturing industry,which has caused domestic and foreign governments and scholars.And the attention of practitioners.The specific implementers of enterprise service innovation activities are enterprise employees,and their innovation behavior will directly affect the service innovation and performance of the enterprise.Innovation culture is the environment and soil for innovation.As a buffer of enterprise resources,redundant resources can also promote the innovation activities of enterprises to a certain extent.The innovation culture and redundant resources of the company provide dual support for the development of innovation activities at the environmental level and the resource level,which will have a certain impact on the relationship between employee innovation behavior and service innovation performance.Therefore,based on the theoretical perspectives of social exchange theory,social cognitiontheory and service innovation theory,this paper explores the relationship between employee innovation behavior and service innovation performance in manufacturing and service industries,and the moderating effect of innovation culture and redundant resources.Through the nationwide questionnaire distribution,265 valid questionnaires were obtained nationwide,including 86 manufacturing questionnaires and 179 service industry questionnaires.The data of the two major industries were processed by multi-level regression analysis.The final results show that:(1)in the service industry and manufacturing industry,employee innovation behavior and service innovation performance have positive positive relationship;(2)in the service industry,innovation culture negatively regulates employee innovation behavior and service innovation performance In the manufacturing industry,the innovation culture is positively regulating the relationship between the two;(3)in the service industry,the redundant resources of the company inhibits the negative relationship between the innovation culture and the employee innovation behavior and service innovation performance.In the manufacturing industry,the redundant resources of the company promotes the positive adjustment of the relationship between innovation behavior and service innovation performance of innovation culture.Based on the comparative analysis of the two major industries,this study explores in depth the relationship between employee innovation behavior and service innovation performance,as well as the regulatory role of innovation culture and corporate redundant resources.In theory,it enriches relevant research on service innovation.In practice,it is instructed that different industries pay attention to the different roles of innovation culture,and at the same time pay attention to the joint role of redundant resources and innovation culture.The research conclusions can provide useful guidance and reference for domestic manufacturing and service industry to carry out service innovation activities.
