As an important platform to support the demand side response management and to host the development of micro grid,active distribution network plays a key role in the construction of smart grid.However,the elasticity of different resources in distribution network needs to be guided by price signal,and the realization of the "initiative" of network needs to be guaranteed by incentive mechanism.The introduction of market mechanism in distribution side can strongly inspire users flexibility,improve the efficiency of network assets,and guide optimal configuration of electric resources.This paper,facing the establishment of distribution market mechanism,puts forward the day-ahead market transaction in active distribution network,and shares transmission and distribution costs according to the incentive compatibility principle and asset utilization.The model,the mode and method of day-ahead transaction are deeply studied based on the research framework.From the perspective of mechanism design,the day-ahead market mechanism of the spot market is applied into distribution side.Taking the users’ utility attributes,resource constraints and incentive compatibility principle into consideration,day-ahead trade between the user and the grid is put forward under the circumstance of active distribution network.The model is designed specifically from the aspects of market structure,transaction process and settlement mechanism,which lays a theoretical foundation and research framework for the thesis.A more practical method is put forward in this paper for allocating the costs of the power transmission and distribution in accordance with the price settlement mechanism of the pattern design,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing two-part power transmission and distribution pricing mechanism to design a scientific composite power price based on clarifying the contribution of all changeable users in the power grid to the benefit of the power grid capacity saving,let the friendly interactive users enjoy benefits,have the self-centered ones pay for the costs and encourage all types of users to interact with the distribution network transactions for laying the theoretical foundation for day-ahead trading development of the active distribution network.For the comprehensive model design and power pricing mechanism,a model and a method have been created for day-ahead trading of the active power distribution network based on the integrated power price.A mathematical model is adopted to simulate the interactive gaming process of the power distribution network and users in the day-ahead market,with the form of market transactions used to realize the mutual benefits and win-win results between the power distribution network and the micro-network users.Moreover,an effective method for solution is explored by mining the physical meaning of the mathematical model and the substantive characteristics of the solution process.To enrich the connotation of the mechanism design,a composite power price considering the asset utilization has further been put forward in this paper on the basis of the foregoing chapters.A time and capacity-sharing cost has been formed on the basis of the comprehensive cost method plus the asset utilization in the power transmission and distribution cost calculated based on the power flow,in order to form more scientific price signals and promote the optimized allocation of resources and efficient use of assets.The research in this paper has agreed with the construction of the market mechanism at the side of power distribution in the condition of the new power distribution transformation and it is hoped that the work in this paper can provide certain reference for establishing a scattered active distribution network operation mechanism characterized by equivalent decision.
