| The competition in today's enterprises is largely the business model competitiveness.In the field of Ecological Agriculture,how to make use of brand assets,build competitive light asset business model,are the entrepreneur and investment institutions concerned as well as the concern by the enterprises who changes from heavier assets operation into light asset operation.The academic and business circles have realize that a good business model is the cornerstone and blueprint for success of the enterprise which determines the potential and development of enterprise growth pattern.Therefore,to build a good business model has become the key link of enterprise strategy decision-making and tactics implementation.This paper takes Debao orange of SH company as example,mainly study how to build a light asset business model with the illustration of the protection of the Ecological Origin of the product.It is a sign of the origin of ecological industrial property as well as a national brand endorsed by the national credit.The Protection of Ecological Origin Product is a system to protect the ecological agriculture competitive advantage.This paper first introduces the brand,brand equity,business model,light asset operating concept,and then analyzes the elements of business model and its theory system,application of "Wei Zhu" six factor model,expounds the key points of constructing light asset business model,and introduces Debao navel orange light asset operating strategy.We hope that the research of ecological agriculture will have significant reference to the entrepreneurs and the investment institutions which are engaging in or preparing to invest in eco-agricultural.Better use of the opportunities of agricultural development in Chinese history,with the least capital,to speed up the development of enterprises,to obtain a stable cash flow while maximum the value of enterprises.And this paper also have some inspiration for the persons who study the theory of light assets business model. |
