Gold is one of the rarest,most precious and most important prercius metals.It plays a very important role in reserve,investment,distribution and the world monetary field.Gold mining can be traced back to the spring and autumn period and the warring states period,the development and utilization in guangxi according to the records can dating back to tang dynasty.the current gold deposit in guangxi has formed six big bases,they are tianlin gaolong gold,pingxiang longtong gold,hezhou longshui gold,hengxian nanxiang gold and phoenix mountain gold mine.Guangxi is rich in mineral resources and has the title of "hometown of non-ferrous metals".Guangxi has abandant gold reserves,but due to the early gold mining,unreasonable development,low mining technical level and the regulation does not reach the designated position,and gold deposit in guangxi are mostly high arsenic,sulfur and carbon type gold ore,low grade,geographically ubiquitous and small overall size,guangxi gold mine of dwindling resources,recoverable ore quantity is limited,and exploitation tend to be difficult.Gold prices have generally fallen since 2011,and prices have been falling.In 2010,guangxi was able to implement a combination of mineral resources,which made the entry of minerals,including gold mines,high and difficult to survive.The mineral company,especially the small and medium-sized mineral company,are facing serious problems of survival and development.The old development model,operation mode and organizational structure can not meet the needs of the current situation any more.The economic globalization and the market further intensified competition environment;product competition is no longer the primary factor of enterprise competition in the market,the more important the development of customer resources of the enterprise,and even become the core competitiveness of enterprises.To meet customer needs,customer satisfaction and loyalty,to maintain the old customers and develop new customers at the lowest cost is an important factor for enterprises to win in the fierce competition.Customer relationship management takes the customer as the center(Customer Relationship Management,referred to as CRM),to replace the traditional product oriented to the new idea of the concept,adapt to the development of economic globalization and marketization.By enabling enterprise organizations,business processes,and work technologies,they are based on customer focus Bsased on the customer centered business philosophy and mode of operation,with the help of certain information technology,the enterprise can realize the positive interaction between the enterprise and the customer,and ultimately maximize the value of the enterprise.This paper comprehensively use the knowledge of marketing,strategic management,human resource management and the customer relationship management,through literature research,comparative analysis,experience summary method,PEST analysis.Based on the current situation of enterprise and enterprise' customer relationship management of the Present situation and problems of analysis,through factor analysis,Guangxi BT mining co.,LTD.,micro influence factors of customer relationship management(CRM),explore the guangxi BT mining co.,LTD.,customer relationship management is linked to information technology,top managers,enterprise culture,organizational structure and optimizing Suggestions and measures in aspects of supply chain partnership,improve employee's and customer's satisfaction and the customer loyalty,customer relationship management and provide optimization scheme selection and implementation of security business matching,to improve customer loyalty,enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise.
