Procurement Cost Control Of A Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise Under Supply Chain Management

With the advancement of technology,economic globalization and the rapid development of e-commerce,enterprises are facing the challenge of shorter delivery time,increasing stability and consistency of product quality,improving the quality of services to meet the variety and small quantities of individual needs and the requirement of reducing costs.Developing to this day,competition in automobile industry becomes increasingly internationalization,and the competition between the enterprises is the competition of supply chain.With the improvement of China-made passenger car and its cost performance,Europe,Japan and even India have set up purchasing centers in China to fully implement global sourcing strategy,which result a fierce competition among supply chains.Under this background,it becomes very important for the companies to find a way to optimize supply chain cost control so as to improve enterprises core competitiveness with the theories and methods of supply chain management and full consideration of enterprises internal resource management system.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic theory of procurement cost control under supply chain management,such as the methods of procurement cost control,the evolution of procurement cost control and its ideology,the definition of supply chain and supply chain management,early supplier involvement,the methods of supply chain management and the strategy of procurement cost control under supply chain management.This thesis analyzes the procurement cost control under supply chain management of A automobile manufacturing company,and pinpoint enterprise's problems such as lack of core suppliers and a level-to-level administration system on the automobile parts procurement,imperfect cost-price system,the adoption of decentralized procurement,high cost of raw material procurement and other issues.And these problems were deep-seated reasons for analysis.On this basis,an optimizing strategy is proposed to optimize A automobile manufacturing company's procurement cost control under supply chain management by the application of concrete evaluation and selection principles,building reasonable pricing structure,strengthening the quantity control of qualified supplier and developing core suppliers,implementing level-to-level administration and adopt the united purchase which can reduce the procurement cost.
