Research On The Control Of Supply Chain Procurement Cost Of Gulf Security Technology Company

Under the new normal of economic development,the competitive pressures faced by enterprises in different industries are getting bigger and bigger,and the costs of production and management are getting higher and higher.If enterprises want to maintain their core competitiveness and obtain greater economic benefits,it is necessary to complete the core work of manage and control the operating costs of enterprises.As an important part of the production and management activities of the enterprise,supply chain procurement directly affects the efficient operation of the logistics,capital flow and information flow of the enterprise.Purchasing cost control is the top priority of cost management in large-scale manufacturing enterprises.How to strengthen the control of supply chain procurement cost has important practical significance for reducing operating costs and obtaining competitive advantages.In this regard,this paper takes the control of supply chain procurement cost of GST as the research object,draws on relevant enterprise experience,uses research methods of literature analysis,qualitative analysis and case analysis,analyzes the management status and problems of the control of supply chain procurement cost of GST,and then proposes relevant improvement plans and safeguard measures.The first part of the thesis introduces the research significance and background of the procurement cost control of the supply chain oriented to the enterprise,as well as the domestic and international research status related to procurement cost,supply chain management,etc.,procurement management,cost control,supply chain and procurement cost management,etc.The theory was summarized and laid the theoretical foundation for the research work in this paper.In the second part,the current situation of the control of supply chain procurement cost of GST will be analyzed.This paper introduces the background of GST and procurement related departments.Based on the procurement data of GST,the current situation of GST procurement cost control based on supply chain was analyzed.On this basis,the problems in the procurement cost control of GST supply chain were put forward.Based on the above questions,the reasons for possible problems were analyzed.In the third part,an improvement plan for the control of supply chain procurement cost of GST will be proposed.The principles and objectives of procurement cost control management improvement are clarified;based on the company's internal supply chain,the improvement plan was proposed from the aspects of company quality management system process,procurement personnel assessment management,procurement process,NPI project process and ERP system;The supply chain proposes improved solutions based on accurate forecasting of market demand,VMI supplier management processes,supplier scientific selection,supplier evaluation criteria,and supplier evaluation processes.In the final part,from the four aspects of formulating the strategy of procurement cost control,perfecting the system guarantee of procurement cost control,implementing the system guarantee of talent management,and implementing information platform protection,the relevant safeguard measures for the implementation and improvement of the control of supply chain procurement cost of GST will be put forward.
