Research On The Working Capital Management Of Hisense Electric On The Channel Management

At this stage,China's home appliance manufacturing enterprises develop rapidly,but in the development process there are some working capital management issues.As the working capital management in the enterprise financial management plays an important role,so in the current development conditions,under the conditions of enterprises to improve the efficiency of working capital management,and to achieve higher strategic objectives and profit targets have become every enterprise'challenges.It is urgent to use the application of channel theory,deepen the analysis of working capital management,and provide better suggestions for the working capital management of home appliance manufacturing enterprises.Based on the channel theory,this paper combines the working capital management model with the business operation mode of the enterprise,selects Hisense Electric as the research object,adopts the case analysis method and the comparative analysis method.First of all,the background of Hisense Electric introduced,followed by Hisense electrical working capital of the overall structure and the main financial indicators for analysis,the Hisense electrical working capital management of the actual situation presented.And then based on the theory of channel management,Hisense Electric working capital re-divided into four channels,analysis of each channel working capital management status,and corresponding to each channel in the working capital management problems.Finally,combined with the previous analysis of the results of the channel for each channel optimization,and suppliers to establish a good relationship between the cooperative relationship,the rational development of procurement plans to increasethe collection of receivables and reduce production costs and other improvements.And finally concluded that Hisense Electric Appliance only introduced the channel management theory in order to better carry out the working capital management conclusion.And expect this "financial + channel business" channel theory to the same industry appliance manufacturing industry to provide a reference for the management of working capital management.
