Working capital being the “blood” for the enterprise to exist and develop,working capital management plays important role in the whole business process.Presently we have been to the new era of “Industry4.0” modern,manufacturing industry advancing toward high personalized product and digital product.With the “Internet plus” plan was proposed,working capital management of manufacturing enterprises are facing new challenges in process of converging O2O mode and manufacturing.In recent years manufacturing major industry sectors development is not good.Steel and appliance industries even negative growth this year.The appliance industries are facing severe situation this year.The appliance industries still faced with the several major problems,such as lack of market demand and the poor efficiency.The appliance industries were faced with the situation of and upgrading.The appliance industries could not be accordance with an enterprise's management level and transformation.Such a setting gave prominence to the reflection.It could turn out to be a big waste of money,risk of transformation and business failed.Accordingly,working capital management of household electric appliance enterprises in the model of O2O is a problem that should be solved quickly.This paper refers the research to working capital management and O2O mode from the scholars,the concept of definition to working capital management and O2O mode.And analyze the problems on performance evaluation of working capital management based on Channel Theory and Supply Chain Theory.Combining with the operation procedure of electric appliance manufacturing industry by O2O mode,this paper analyzes O2O mode to the operation procedureof electric appliance manufacturing industry the influence,then make assumption and build the research of working capital management of household electric appliance enterprises of O2O model.Then the next part is the empirical study,proposed that the research supposition and confirms the supposition.At the end,the paper evaluate and analysis the results.According to the detail analysis of the evaluation result,the paper from the purchasing channel,production channel and marketing channel provides reference for working capital management of electric appliance manufacturing in the transition of O2O.
