Case Study On Green Bonds Issuance Of The Industrial Bank

With the increasingly prominent problem of the greenhouse effect,the global environmental governance,sustainable development and other issues more and more attention,with low emissions and low energy consumption characteristics of the "low carbon economy" gradually attention.As the core of modern economy,the financial field has created the concept of "green finance" in this context.The Pudong Development Bank and the Industrial Bank of China issued the first batch of green bonds on January 27,2016 and January 28,2016 in Shanghai.In view of the fact that the industrial bank is one of the pioneers of China's green bond business,this paper takes the issue of the industrial bank green bonds as a case study,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.This paper uses case analysis method and comparative analysis method,firstly introduces related concepts and theories of green bonds,and then a detailed analysis of the basic situation of China's green finance and green bonds of state-owned commercial banks innovation and current situation,finally through the analysis of the necessity of the development of China's green bond game theory model and analysis of the industrial bank green bonds the case,the experience of the Industrial Bank in the process of green bond issuance and shortages.Finally,the author analyzes the experience and Enlightenment of the development of green bond in our country by analyzing the experience of the industrial bank.Through the study of the industrial bank green bonds,the author thinks that the development of green finance compared to international and domestic theory and practice in this field is relatively backward,should learn from foreign advanced ideas and methods of green financial practice.The process of industrial bank green bonds exists successful experience and insufficiency,shows that China's banking industry from the bond and third party certification and other joint efforts in the development of green bonds on the road,in order to make the green bond soon developed.
