Analysis On Green Finance Development Of Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.

With the worsening of the global environment,the sequelae of environmental deterioration has gradually emerged.How to coordinate the relationship between the economy and the environment has become the focus of attention of all countries.Color finance is beneficial to optimizing the allocation of social resources,introducing the capital of the whole society into the green industry,and helping to promote the transformation of the economy into green development.There are still many problems in the development of green finance in China.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the development of green finance in commercial banks.This paper analyzes the development of green finance in Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.by case study.Firstly,the paper summarizes the development of green finance in Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.,and then introduces the development of green finance and the achievements of green finance.Then it analyzes the motivation of green financial business in Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.,and then points out that there are some problems such as less green financial business,lax implementation standard of green financial business and slow innovation speed of green financial products in Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd..Then through in-depth analysis,the causes of these problems are revealed:(1)commercial banks have higher costs and lower profits in carrying out green financial business in the short term;(2)the standards implemented by Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.are inconsistent with international standards.The standard of our country is more relaxed than the international standard;(3)there are fewer talents to develop green finance in our country,so that we have taken a lot of detours on the road of developing green finance.The main conclusions are as follows: firstly,China encourages the development of green finance,and commercial banks play a positive role in developing green finance.Second,although the state supports the development of green finance,the development of commercial banks has not reached the expected level.Third,as the pioneer of green finance in China,Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.still has many problems and needs to be improved.Through the analysis of the development of green finance of Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.,the enlightenment is as follows:(1)the government should perfect the relevant policies and regulations,encourage commercial banks to join the "Equator Principle";(2)commercial banks should strengthen communication with various departments,establish a sound environmental stress testing system;(3)introduce and train green financial talents,so that science and technology can become a hair.This paper hopes to provide more references and lessons for commercial banks by summarizing the experience and lessons in the development of green finance business of Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.,and help commercial banks develop green finance.
