Research On Choices Of Target Economies Of Bilaterial Fta Of China

With the authorities of WTO are weakened in the field of global economic governance and cohesion force,the short-term concept leads many WTO members to alter its attention to Regional Trade Agreement(RTA),and the booming of RTA has become the distinctive feature of the current world economy.As a result,increasing RTAs are reshaping national relations,and this exert a significant impact on political and economic patterns of this world.At the same time,China's foreign trade has gone into a new stage: “double shifting”of growth &structure.Basing on the comprehensive international and domestic economic and political situation,this article judges that China has entered the era of constructing the new type of “opening economy”.In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of china's foreign trade,our country must establish a self-centered FTAs network globally.And the benefits of FTAs network are not simply based on the sum of all agreements,neither the sum of the number of favor terms.It is determined by choices of bilateral FTAs target economies.Conclusions of this study are as follows: in terms of comprehensive analysis of various influence factors,we get the reasonable target economies sample set of “High-lever bilateral FTA network”,and then we get the target economies selection set based on Probit Model,which on the goal of comprehensive benefit maximization.This conclusion will surely facilitate the construction of China's FTAs network.Furthermore,the construction of“High-lever bilateral FTAs network” should be combined with the China's strategy of “one Belt one Road ” as well as the construction of “Multi-sources of Energy Supply Network”.At the same time,we should keep the goals of our country according with the appeals from trade enterprises.Finally,we divide the FTAs network construction path into three stages: short-term stage,medium-term stage and long-term stage,each of them has its own target,step by step,we surely believe that the “High-lever bilateral FTA network” aiming at maximizing comprehensive benefits will be established at last.
