Research On R&D Fund Performance Of Online Game Company

In 2016,State Statistics Bureau included R&D expenditure in GDP accounting,affirmed the contribution of R&D to economic growth.From the enterprise perspective,research on the R&D funds performance can help us to know more about the operation of the company,strengthen the supervision of the use of R&D funds,to protect the rights and interests of investors.The 13 th Five-Year Plan pointed out that the online games industry is one of the key industries.The agent system of online game industry has become history,research and development Independent has become the irresistible trend.It is an important factor to determine the growth and development potential of online games company to study the R&D funds performance.In the form of case study,this paper focuses on the use efficiency of R&D funds,explores ways to improve the use efficiency of fund-raising in online games industry.On the basis of predecessors' research,this paper selects the GEM listed on the first shares of the company as the case of the company.First of all,introduce the use of R&D funds,use the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the use performance of R&D funds,and then find out the reasons for causes of waste.Combined with the status quo of many products but not excellent of the online games industry,make use of lean research ideas to improve.Starting the use plan of R&D funds from the Zqgame prospectus,according to the actual use of funds including investment changes,R&D project completion,capitalization of R&D expenditures.Compared with the same type of company palm Technology,easier to find the problem.According to the Balanced Scorecard analysis of the four dimensions of R&D funds performance system come to conclusion as follows,Financial dimension,Though Zqgame pay more attention to the R&D investment,however,the output of R&D investment does not match the input.Market dimension,Zqgame has certain market foundation but lack of core competitiveness of products by analysis.Internal process dimension,project management process is relatively insufficient and the realization of the project income is not ideal.Learning and growth dimensions,according to the analysis of Zqgame intangible asset growth situation as well as the staff team.The Independent research and development of intangible assets continue to weaken,larger proportion of R&D personnel but the overall size is shrinking.Based on the analysis of the relevantdimensions,the main cause is the control of the use fund-raising,promotion of new products,project process management,R&D team stability.The low efficiency of capital utilization is a waste of fund,make use of lean research ideas to improve.Based on the dual Principal-agent theory,from the fund-raising lean management,Lean market operation,Lean development process and Lean optimization of organization and talents,to improvement.In this paper,we use the performance evaluation system of R&D Funds Based on Balanced Scorecard as a research tool,make use of lean to improve efficiency.Seize the essence of online game product development,is the main innovation of this paper.Single case is the form of this paper,it has more information.It is great significance to improve the financial efficiency of the online games company based on independent research and development.Focus on the use of R&D funds performance,conducive to the protection of the rights and interests of investors,improve the efficiency of capital market resource allocation.
