The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out: At present,profound and complex changes are taking place at home and abroad.China's development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities,with bright prospects and challenging challenges.We must take a long-term view,be prepared for danger in times of peace,be brave in reform,be bold in innovation,never be rigid and never stop.We must unite and lead the people of all nationalities in the country to win the battle and build a well-off society in an all-round way,and strive to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.In today's society,with the rapid development of economy,the Internet era has brought about the convenience of life,and at the same time it has brought opportunities and challenges to the enterprise.Environmental protection and social responsibility are also highly valued.This also puts forward higher requirements for the company's strategy formulation and strategic implementation.The development of enterprise cannot be separated from the scientific and effective strategic performance evaluation system.Without a scientific and rational performance evaluation system,it will not only fail to achieve the company's strategic goals,but will even deviate from the company's strategic vision and threaten the survival and development of the company.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature,this paper thoroughly analyzes the related theories of the Balanced Scorecard and strategic performance evaluation,tries to construct a more effective strategic performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard,and enriches the theory and practical application of the balanced scorecard.This article chooses L company as the research object,addresses the challenges it faces in the transition period,helps it to quickly adapt to the new era background and economic environment,and achieves a good corporate transformation and strategic goals.Explore a more scientifically sound strategic performance evaluation system to help companies overcome their difficulties.Interms of content: In this paper,first of all,through literature research,we summarize the opinions of scholars,and elaborate and analyze the relevant theoretical research.Then,it analyzes the company's current status and performance evaluation status of L company,finds the problems and deficiencies of performance evaluation,draws a strategy map for the company based on the strategy formulated by the company,and then builds a strategic performance evaluation system.Finally,the system will be applied in L company,and put forward deficiencies and recommendations.With a view to helping L companies to formulate and implement strategies more scientifically,improve management level,achieve better and faster development,survive the transition period,and help companies cope with the ever-increasing competitive environment.In indicator selection: In addition to the classic evaluation indicators of the Balanced Scorecard,this paper also selects specific indicators that can reflect the Internet age and environmental responsibility in combination with the Internet+ big environment and environmental protection concepts,such as online flagship store sales,Internet platform satisfaction,environmental protection investment accounts for operating income,etc.making the strategic evaluation system constructed more time-efficient.In the use of methods:This paper uses case analysis,AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and literature analysis.This article integrates various methods,combines relevant tools,studies relevant theories,analyzes cases in depth,and uses AHP and fuzzy analysis to build strategic performance evaluation systems for companies,and proposes conclusions that are useful for reference.In the aspect of evaluation and analysis: This paper uses the system constructed to evaluate the strategic performance of Company L,and interprets and analyzes the evaluation results.This article explains and analyzes the strategic goal level and the balance score card from four dimension layers and specific indicator layer.It not only provide assistance for the transformation of L companies,but also use the industry as a reference for enterprises in the same industry.
