Financial Management Application Research Based On The Blanced Scorecard

Intense competition in today’s civil aviation market, enterprises are facing increasing pressure severe internal and external environment, how to develop in the competition, to achieve business objectives is one of the major problems facing the enterprises. Therefore, to financial management as the core of the enterprise management concept has become the consensus of management.KD company is the China aviation industry group subordinate unit sub plate with the aviation industry after the listing, the company must be in accordance with the requirements of the rules of market economy to the operation and development of the company, management difficulty and challenge is hitherto unknown. Based on such a background, this thesis attempts from the perspective of financial management, the balanced score card with the combination of financial management, taking KD company as the case to analyze the status of financial management, the establishment of the company by means of the balanced scorecard, BSC index establishment of financial control of purchase, sales to the production process, and the related department of business activities around the target assessment, construction costs of the EVA-oriented culture,strive to strengthen financial management, optimization to ensure the realization of business objectives, development to lay a solid foundation for the company leap.Through the implementation of the recommendations of the Balanced Scorecard:balanced scorecard should be organically combined with the comprehensive budget management, perfect information system, and performance assessment, and reflect the risk management and follow-up prospects etc.
