As the most important part of the property insurance market,auto insurance has huge market influence.In June of 2015,China launched the deepening of the reform of commercial vehicle insurance premium rate management system reform program,first of all in 6 pilot areas,extended to 18 region in January 2016 and gradually extended to the country.After the reform,it is more scientific on setting premium rate in the pilot area and the insurance company have certain to improve its risk identification ability;Insurance scope and product supply getting rich;auto insurance premiums overall decline and the consumer interests being enhanced;But there are still many problems unsolved:insurance company cover a Large amount of insurance rather than a small amount of insurance and need to strengthen the fine management ability of the customer;Small and medium-size property insurance companies operating more difficult because of intense industry competition;the ability of disaster prevention and reduce the loss are still weak,and car insurance claims have not been effectively improved.Now it has entered the Internet era of big data,with the aid of car networking technology,developing network insurance can effectively solve many of the problems faced in the insurance business,playing an important role to improve the car insurance business.At the same time,with the advancement of business car insurance market reform,the autonomy of the insurance company will expand,providing a good opportunity to the development of online car insurance,under this background,how to focus on online car insurance as the breakthrough point for upgrading Chinese car insurance business innovation become outstanding problems which are of important research value.Under the background of commercial car insurance market reform,this paper focuses on the development of online car insurance in our country.It firstly introduces the new characteristic of auto insurance market in China and points out some main problems of the traditional auto insurance business;Then analyzes the market-oriented reform of commercial auto insurance in our country,illustrates the part of the problems in'auto insurance business that has been improved after the reform and points out that part of the problems still not been solved effectively;Followed by introduction of online auto insurance,introducing the concept of online auto insurance and theories related,expounding the necessities of online car insurance development in our country,and analyzing its feasibilities from the Angle of technology,market,policy and pointing out that the development of the main problems in the online car insurance;Finally,drawing experiences from Progressive and State Farm of Amercia,British CoverBox joint insurance companies and Insure the Box insurance company,SK group of South Korea in car networking insurance,combined with Chinese national conditions,putting forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of the car networking insurance in our country.
