With the speeding process of the economic globalization,the competition of value chain is the key to competition among enterprises in the market,also the account business process is the key for management of any enterprises,It plays a vital role to the whole operation management of an enterprise,also will affect the development for an enterprise more or less in a way.The traditional accounting core business process which makes low efficiency and complicated.In addition,different industries have different requirements based on actual situation,this needs to study the core accounting business process,exploring the solutions which is the problems that need to be taken seriously in enterprise management.The enterprise business process improvement research has been more in-depth from Home to abroad,as to the research of accounting business process improvement,many scholars have put forward new ideas on accounting business process improvement by different views by different methods.Business process improvement is various,some of them are from the angle of financial management,or from the stand of cost control,to come out the improvement plan,However,based on the value chain on the accounting/the accounting settlement/the application of budget is not extensive.This paper takes Shanghai LF company as example,according to the actual situation being combined future development strategy,via phasing in related theory knowledge of value chain to improve the relevant business process on reimbursement,project accounting settlement and accounting budget to put forward improvement plan of two accounting business process,optimize some tedious process,take new process for emergency response,etc..and ensure new business process which is more suitable and match the need of future development,also it is expected to share the experience and support a success reference at theory foundation and technique support with related enterprises.
