| In order to implement Wuhou District's industrial development strategy,around the big health,cultural creativity,finance,e-commerce,modern business commerce,new economy and other industries,accelerate construction of the xincheng e-commerce,Hongpailou modern business,Rennan Cultural creativity and Finance agglomeration area.Through the reengineering of business processes,the efficiency of investment promotion in Wuhou District will be improved,and the smooth flow of internal business flow and information flow will be improved to meet the needs of investors for investment services.This paper is divided into theoretical basis,problem research and analysis,advanced experience summary and inspiration,process reengineering measures,etc.The paper studies the current situation of the business process of the Wuhou District Investment Promotion Bureau,compares the internal institutions and process settings of investment promotion institutions in developed countries and regions,and combines the public sector process reengineering theory with the new public service theory to the Wuhou District Investment Promotion Bureau.The analysis of the business process revealed problems such as incomplete core processes and business processes,and lack of Internet service processes.According to the standard core process and supporting process system,the process of Wuhou District Investment Promotion Bureau will be sorted out and improved,and modern information technology and computer technology will be applied to shorten the process time and realize the process concurrency.At the same time,the necessary pre-assessment and legal inspection will be introduced to reduce the risk of investment projects.In short,the reengineered process system can greatly reduce business time and financial costs while ensuring the completion of the original objectives,and improve the overall efficiency and satisfaction of the Investment Promotion Bureau. |
