TL CO.,LTD is one of the top certification consulting companies in the south China, and its main service focuses on the certification consulting service about appliances and lamps products when they are exported to other countries. Originally created in 1998, TL CO.,LTD has a efficient working team within many years development and has stable customers. Recently, with the more and more requirements, about the safety of the products world widely and demanding to adjust the industry structure in China, there is more pressure to manufactures to survive, so TL CO.,LTD needs to improve its service to meet the increasing certification demands and diversification requirements. However, the current organization structure and procedures standards, which are developed in a long time, are unable to meet the latest services demands greatly due to the changing and quick development in the service market. In order to maintain and enhance and improve its service ability, TL CO.,LTD must do some innovations about the current procedure standards.Firstly, this article does a detailed analyze about the certification consulting industry and the customer groups characters. Based on the customer survey and employee survey, this article assessed and summaries the problems TL CO.,LTD is facing now. Secondly, the organization structure and procedure standards are analyzed and diagnosed by SIPOC model and ASME. The areas that are able to be improved in the current procedures are analyzed by ESIA. Last, the article provides the new applicable procedure plans due to the analyze results above. The new plans include departments setting, organization structure, service procedure and communication methods and so on. TL CO.,LTD is able to improve the professional service quality and efficiency, and reduce the communication cost inside company by the innovations, hence, the communication will be more effective and TL CO.,LTD will be ready to face the harder competitions and increasing changes in the future market.After the new procedure plans, the article evaluates the plans by Delphi Method and points out the items that are needed to be improved, and decide the final practical and applicable procedure innovation plans.The new procedure plans are useful and positive to A company's development in the future, and they can be used as references by other certification consulting companies.
